Help center

1. How do I get started with LearningPathX?

Start by choosing the certification or exam you want to prepare for. From there, you can explore the exam blueprint, take a sample test to establish a starting point, and use your results to guide your next study steps.

If you are new to the platform, visit (How it works - LearningPathX) for an overview of the LearningPathX process.

2. How do I start a practice test?

Open the exam you are preparing for and select an available practice test or sample test. Follow the on-screen instructions to begin answering questions.

After completing the test, your results can help you identify stronger areas, weaker areas, and topics that may need additional review.

3. How are my test results calculated?

Your test result is based on your responses to the questions included in that test. Correct, incorrect, and unanswered questions are tracked separately so you can understand both your performance and the amount of evidence available.

Results from an individual test reflect that test only and should be used as one part of your overall preparation.

4. Why isn't my progress saved?

Your learning activity and progress are saved when you are signed in to your LearningPathX account.

If your progress is missing, first confirm that you are signed in to the same account you previously used. If the problem continues, contact support so we can review the issue.

5. Why did my study plan change?

Your study plan may change as new learning evidence becomes available. For example, completing a test, reviewing weaker topics, or completing additional study activities may affect which areas are recommended next.

This helps keep your plan focused on your current preparation needs rather than following a fixed sequence.

6. What appears in Smart Review?

Smart Review focuses on areas that may benefit from additional attention, such as questions you answered incorrectly and topics where your recent performance indicates a need for more review.

The goal is to help you spend more time on areas where additional practice is likely to be most useful.

7. What does my readiness result mean?

Your readiness result summarizes the evidence currently available from your LearningPathX activity and assessments. It is designed to help you identify whether additional study or review may be useful before taking your certification exam.

A readiness result is study guidance, not a prediction or guarantee that you will pass the actual exam.

8. Can I retake a practice test?

Yes. Retaking a practice test can be useful after you have completed additional study or review.

When possible, focus on understanding why an answer is correct rather than memorizing previous questions, so the retake provides more meaningful evidence of your progress.

9. How do I report incorrect information?

If you find outdated exam information, a possible error in a question or explanation, or another content issue, use Report an Issue and provide as much detail as possible.

Including the exam code, page name, question, or section where you found the issue will help us review it more efficiently.

10. Are LearningPathX practice questions official exam questions?

No. LearningPathX practice questions are independently created for learning, practice, and certification preparation purposes.

They are not official exam questions and are not provided by certification vendors.

11. Is LearningPathX affiliated with certification vendors?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LearningPathX is an independent learning platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by certification vendors.

Certification names, exam names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. How do I contact support?

If you cannot find the answer you need in the Help Center, select (Contact us | LearningPathX) and send us a description of the issue.

When relevant, include the exam code, page or feature you were using, and what you expected to happen. This information can help us investigate your request more efficiently.
